Malappuram District Junior Athletics Championship Ideal Kadakassery Crowned Overall Champions

Thenhipalam: Ideal Kadakassery won the overall championship for the 18th consecutive time at the Malappuram District Junior Athletics Championship held over three days at the Calicut University Stadium. Ideal Kadakassery secured the first position with 853.5 points, winning 55 gold, 41 silver and 37 bronze medals. CHMHSS Pookkolathur secured the second position with 292 points, including 12 gold, 16 silver and 15 bronze medals. Real Runners Puthanathani finished third with 284 points, winning 16 gold, 15 silver and 12 bronze medals.Sullamussalam Science College, Areekode secured the fourth position with 177 points, while MSM HSS Kallingalparamba finished fifth with 116 points. At the closing ceremony, Majeed Ideal, President of the District Athletics Association, distributed the prizes. K. K. Ravindran, Chairman of Kids Athletics, presided over the function.Vice President Shafi Ammayath, Abdul Kader Bappu, Shukkoor Illath, Saif Zaid, Ajay Raj, Muneer Memana, and Praveen Kumar also spoke on the occasion.
