Ideal Madrasa’s Milad Celebration Held in Grand Style at Kadakassery

Edappal: The Milad Fest, titled “Rabee’a 2026,” organised under the auspices of Kadakassery Ideal Islamic Madrasa, was held with colourful and engaging programmes.

The celebrations began in the morning with the hoisting of the flag by K.K.S. Attakkoya Thangal, Secretary of Ideal Trust. In his inaugural address, he highlighted the importance of spreading the Prophet’s exemplary way of life and message of peace in society.

A peace message rally, which began from the beautifully decorated High School Block, was one of the major attractions of the celebration. Students participated in the rally carrying colourful flags, balloons and flowers.

Accompanied by the rhythmic beats of Duff, the rally featured a flower show, Scouts and a roller-skating display. The procession passed through the campus and concluded at the stadium. Sweets were distributed among the students, along with messages promoting peace and harmony.

Ideal CEO Majeed Ideal, Head of the Arabic Department Muhammad Haneefa, V. Moidu, Abhilash Shankar, Senthil Kumaran, and Chithra Haridas addressed the gathering.

P. Musthafa, Anwar Hudavi, V.V. Shamsudheen, Hamsath Ponnani, Yousuf Faizi, and programme conveners Muhammad Shibin, Muhammad Ijaz, Shahjahan Purang and others led the various programmes.

As part of the month-long celebrations commemorating the life and teachings of the Prophet, a series of programmes had been organised on the campus. The celebrations concluded with a Mawlid recitation gathering held on the campus.
