Ideal Best Teacher Award to Bindu Mohanan

At the Kadakassery Ideal International Campus, the Best Teacher Award for the academic year 2024–25 was presented to Bindu Mohanan, Headmistress of the CBSE High School section and Class 10 teacher.
The award included a cash prize of ₹50,000, a certificate of merit, and a memento.

The award was presented by renowned writer and poet K. P. Ramanunni during the Staff Day celebration, which was attended by over 600 Ideal staff members.

P. P. Nasar, winner of the Best Driver Award; A. V. Rajesh, winner of the Best Vehicle Attender Award; and K. P. Shila, recipient of the Best Housekeeping Staff Award, were also honored on the occasion.

Meritorious awards were also given to the best teachers from various sections—from Montessori to College. The recipients were M. Preethi, M. K. Raheena, Akhish Dev, Vishnu S. Menon, E. T. Sreelekha, Rasitha Kavungal, Yusuf Faizi, O. Swapna, V. Nithya, and Dr. Soumya.
The awards, which included cash prizes and certificates, were also distributed by K. P. Ramanunni.

The Ideal Sports Department Head Shafi Ammayath, Chief Coach Nadeesh Chacko, Senior Coach Tomi Cherian, and Assistant Coaches Haris Rahman and K. P. Akhil were presented with cash awards of ₹2 lakhs each by Malappuram District Deputy Director of Education P. V. Rafiq, in the presence of Ideal Trust Chairman P. Kunhavu Haji, for leading the school to secure the State School Sports Meet Championship for the fourth consecutive year.

Special mementos were also presented to 22 staff members who completed ten years of service at the Ideal Campus by P. V. Rafiq and M. K. Rafiq, District Panchayat President.

The Staff Day program began with the flag hoisting by Majeed Ideal, CEO of Ideal Institutions.
Trust Chairman P. Kunhavu Haji presided over the function, and District Panchayat President M. K. Rafiq inaugurated it.
The keynote address was delivered by Trust Secretary K. K. S. Attakkoya Thangal.
Other dignitaries who spoke included P. V. Rafiq (District DDE), Naseeba Azeez Mayyeri (Chairperson, District Panchayat Education Standing Committee), V. K. M. Shafi (District Panchayat Member), Majeed Ideal, Thudimmal Sulaiman Haji (Chairman, Irimpiliyam International School), B. O. Sebastian, Program Conveners – S. Sudheesh, Bindu Prakash, Shajahan Purang, Vijayanand, Shafi Ammayath, Umar Punathil, Abhilash Shankar, Ayesha Sidheekh, Senthil Kumaran, P. Koyakkutty, F. Firoz, V. Moidhu, Chithra Haridas, Priya Aravind, Supriya Unnikrishnan, Usha Krishnakumar, Faslu Rahman, P. V. Sindhu, and K. V. Majeed.
The program concluded with cultural performances by teachers from various departments of the Ideal Campus.
